I toggled my PHP version in Local and it seems to have fixed whatever the issue was. Sorry to bother you!
Something strange, it works on one of my live sites with the same theme and same WP version number but doesn’t work on my Local site. Maybe this is a more specific issue?
Is this still not a feature for products to be categorized? That seems like a fundamental capability of WordPress.
