Yes, of course. You have the option “Save source URL when submitting the quiz (useful if you have published the quiz in multiple places on your site).”

The special URL’s already show on the page that reports submitted users.
I use something like mysite.com/[email protected]

It’s just that detailed report that’s downloaded doesn’t include this information but I would use that.

Ideally and alternatively, it would be better to include the URL in a report page too, like {{user-url}}.

The reason why is I am looking for a different way to capture the email address since forcing email on every page doesn’t work for me. I already have email lists and will provide the custom links to each user.

Oh, I see that it’s just that all the answers are concatenated into a single column instead of their own columns in the csv. Thank you.

Well you can only see them individually, which makes analytical analysis pretty difficult. The .csv download could be more helpful, but it doesn’t provide the user’s responses even when using “Export with Details” ( I only get the first question. Maybe the html in the responses hinders the rest?)

BTW, it was really hard to find this “View Results Page”. I could only find it by clicking on the number of users under the “Submitted By” column of the Quizzes page.
