Same here. Also deactivated it after changing to PHP 8.0 since my page didn’t load any more then.
I just tried to change my WP to use PHP 8.0 and it didn’t load any more. When I deactivated Toolbar Extras, it worked also under PHP 8.0.
I emailed the debug log to the developer, let’s see if he’ll find a fix.
