I have deleted the cache folder and the new one generated I have set permissions 777 and all its subfolders.
When receiving a purchase the answer in the log is

I have the same problem.
The problem is that the email box is displayed for the product, not stopping the variations.
And in a variable product, when there is no preselected variation, and the customer does not select a specific variation, they can subscribe to receive the stock alert.
If you request again, it tells you that you are already subscribed.
However, it does not appear in the csv, nor does it receive the stock alert email.
I guess because there is no variation selected.
