The error you might be receiving may be realted to your .htaccess file not configured properly.. best thing to do is back up the .htaccess file, and reconfigure your blog to recreate teh .htaccess file to it’s liking.
Here is your problem. You have your site setup to use frames, and with in one of these frames you are using an IP address that is not reachable, and then a yahoo page in a different frame. You are unable to see the yahoo page due to the fact that you have your frames set to 100%, and 0% (Yahoo being set to 0% and not being shown). Your domain is correctly pulling up, it is the frame with the IP address that is not reachable.. is it a home IP address from yor ISP?
