I can not enable uploads either. Would it help to reinstall?
I should have mentioned in the first post that the upload button is not available when I am writing a new post. I was assuming this function was not activated because of my Administrator level. This is a 2 part issue the first being the inability to post images and the second not being able to “PROMOTE” users.
