I’ve installed Polylang (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/polylang/) this afternoon and it looks like everything is working fine. Error with double country code is gone.
With WPML to Polylang (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpml-to-polylang/) it’s very easy to copy settings to Polylang.
