Thanks so much for the quick follow-up BUT I haven’t changed the theme since site creation. The product was working until I updated the library. What would make the document gallery stop working so quickly? Unfortunately, I didn’t take screen captures of the product working for these past 3 weeks.This is very sad to here. I did implement another library which is working – so I guess I need to uninstall DG.

I installed the plug-in a few weeks ago and all was well. I recently updated to the latest version of wordpress – “WordPress 4.1 running Dynamic News Lite theme”. At the time of the update, all was still well with the document gallery (Version 2.3.7).Yesterday, I uploaded a new document to the library which showed up in the media gallery but did not display with the other documents on the website. I watched your video to see if there was any help to be found and deleted the thumbnails as you did – to see if they would be regenerated. Now the thumbnail gallery is empty. I uninstalled, reinstalled, deactivated and reactivated the plug-in to no avail. The documents are not showing up. I am using the simplest of tokens [dg]. The site is here – http://www.wapoaofva.org/document-library/. I will leave it this way until the end of the day. In the meantime I will implement another solution – which I don’t really like as much.
Please help.
