Two rating stars is really harsh for “I didn’t find out how to set up the plugin”. Plugin developpers are not there to be taken as hostages by low reviews updated only “if they provide help”.
If you need support, go to the support forum, it’s not the place for that.

Still not, I added those lines because button wasn’t showing, but it just didn’t changed anything. I looked for “WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_CAPABILITY” and “WPCF7_ADMIN_READ_WRITE_CAPABILITY” occurrences in all my WP installation, those constants aren’t set anywhere else.
