Hi,

Very sorry for late response, was caught up in personal emergency.
- Google API Key is not valid – Yes the IP in the retrieved tab is different from the one mentioned in the setup tab. I have no idea why the IP differs as I had copied the IP from the setup tab while configuring google places API. I will add the IP mentioned in the setup tab again and re-check for the issue if it exists.
- Thanks for the sorting issue resolution. Will check it.

Thank you for replying so quickly.

I have one another website where I am facing similar issue. There are 37 reviews of which all reviews are not getting fetched even after synchronisation. As per FAQ the reviews will be fetched over time.I am using the plugin for more than a week now. So by when should I expect all the remaining reviews?

One more thing, the latest reviews let’s say posted a day before are not getting retrieved even when I am setting the synchronisation to hourly.
