I noticed this problem only happens to me on Internet Explorer when adding to cart from a list. Which leads me to think its to do with the Internet Exploror AJAX problem http://docs.woothemes.com/document/ajax-problems-windows-7-8-internet-explorer-10/
Adding to cart works fine from the product page on IE.
Not sure if that helps anyone.
It works in Firefox and Chrome, but not in IE9 – at least thats what I’m finding
