So, I think that gVector to fix the issue in the customer server using the the ftp or ssh account is very valid, but on the other hang, I think that plugin could be have a log or other way of the customer identify the problem alone.
For while, I yet will go to use the disqus plugin. I would like change to wpdiscuz because the easy integration with the wordpress login layer and it be very fast than disqus.

What the solution for this issue ? Only resolved without the post the solution. I have the same problem with the captcha and I saw that this issue dont have solution in forum the plugin.
