Currently Elastic Email Sender is configured in admin and all pages inherit settings. In version 2.0 we plan to develop multi site related features.

This is a plugin page, your problem is probably related to email delivery. You can write to [email protected] giving the email address assigned to your elastic email account and writing a problem or use the chat on elasticemail.com
