Okay, the plugin Brevo – WooCommerce Email Marketing was conflicting with the email template, but now I’ve managed to activate the checkbox for the Completed Order email.
However, my question is:
Now Is it not possible to allow users to subscribe to the Brevo newsletter during the checkout step?

I tried Clear template cache but the problem is still there.

And then I noticed that when I enable Processing order and completed order email (by clicking the checkbox) then it become inactive automatically….
