Também estou esbarrando no mesmo problema. Após muita luta, desativação e ativação de plugins, achei o problema, era esse. Mais alguém? Você conseguiu resolver o seu problema? Ou alguma forma de contornar isso?

Just did it. Now both coupon and test product are online. You can test it.
Also will do the conflict test and will return with feedback.

Can you please provide screenshots of your coupon settings on your site under WooCommerce > marketing > coupons ?
Absolutely. I Created:
1. A 50% discount test coupon – @t2022 (https://snipboard.io/WyDPRQ.jpg); and
2. A R$100 test product (https://snipboard.io/tXmr4B.jpg)
3. A purchase simulation, where you see the PIX discount indication applied (should be R$100 (full price) – R$50 (coupon) = R$ 50 – 7% (R$3,50, instead of the shown R$ 7,00) = R$ 46,50 (https://snipboard.io/SG0tpn.jpg)
4. A summary of the problem (https://snipboard.io/tqUzVg.jpg)Now as for the 7%, it’s not a coupon, it’s a discount, configured at MercadoPago Payment Gateway. This discount applies to the customer that chooses this method of payment, instead of credit card or bank slip.
It is actually calculated over the final overall price, with COUPONS APPLIED.
The trouble is: the value of the discount the customer sees on the “payment page” and on the “Sucessfull purchase” screens is the discount WITHOUT COUPONS applied. Not quite! It’s more like the discout of this specific form of payment (PIX) is shown at check out, with the full value of the product as it was without the coupon!
To illustrate:
The test product from the image below costs R$100. I created a test coupon for 50% off. That should total R$50. On top of that, if the person wants to pay via PIX method, they’d get an extra 7% off. That should total R$50 -7% (R$3.50) = R$ 46.50 (that’s what people actualy pay. Its correct, the payment link has this correct value)
BUT what people actually see at checkout page, is this PIX payment method 7% disconut of R$ 7 (full price, no coupons).
When they proceed, they see the correct value to pay, but an incorrect value on the headline: https://ibb.co/tYVKXZx
You see, it’s just this little detail that might confuse a user and makes them think they are being messed arround with, or maybe lose credibility, as we are speaking of money here, and even accounting!
