In reply to: [MailPoet Newsletters (Previous)] Emails are being sent but not receivedHi,
I sent an enail to the provided email on mail-tester.com and checked to see if it reached it didn’t, I kept refreshing the page every few minutes using the small refresh button on the bottom of the screen next to “Want to wait some more? Click to reload.” then I kept the page open to the next day maybe the email I sent took longer time to reach than usual I reloaded the page and it returned the same result. “We didn’t get your email”
please note that when I sent the test email from the plugin it said that the email was successfully sent.

In reply to: half of all the "Add new" pages stopped working!YES! and another YES after that.
Issue fixed, I have recently but not too recently added a page with a certain plugin with it. after I reset the plugins, I noticed that the page is no longer working properly and that was inside the website… I disabled the plugin and the website page worked but the original problem was still there. after I completely deleted that plugin the admin page worked perfectly and the SEO plugin is now working great and so is the visual composer… that is probably why I didn’t notice it at first because I disabled and enabled all the plugins and nothing worked, didn’t know I had to completely delete it.
thank you so much for the help James, My problem is now solved!

In reply to: half of all the "Add new" pages stopped working!well, I did call them and the only help they can give is to reset the wordpress website to a default theme and delete all the plugins…
and that’s not on my to do list.
last thing I’ll try is to download wordpress and upload fresh files

In reply to: half of all the "Add new" pages stopped working!Hi again,
I have added the concatenate line but nothing changed in the dashboard nor in the add post page, everything is still the same.
I noticed there is two wp-config files one “wp-config.php” and the second “wp-config.php.(numbers).php” is that normal? and there are like 6 files gd-config.(numers).php and 1 file gd-config.php I am guessing these are related to GoDaddy? I have to say that when I first started with this website I didn’t download nor upload anything, the wp dashboard came with the GoDaddy bundle and I can access it directly from my GoDaddy account.

In reply to: half of all the "Add new" pages stopped working!I tried to find a plugin that can clear the cashe but i couldn’t find any and the ones I found are no longer available for download or install so I cant use them. I couldn’t find any other plugin that can clear the cashe so if you know any please let me know. and Please note that on my dashboard I don’t have a clear cashe option :/
Since I don’t have access to the wp-config.php file I downloaded a FTP client and I am backing up all the files now so that I wont mess anything up after I edit them. will keep you posted as to what happens after I add ” define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); ”
