Please ask your host to provide PHP version 5.2+ so that WordPress can work properly.

It seems that you might have installed some plugin in WordPress which is causing this error.
Does a fresh installation of WordPress via Softaculous cause this ??

Sir it seems that you are using a free version of Softaculous. The free version of softaculous does not contain all scripts. It contains 59 scripts which can be installed. However WordPress is not amongst them. Please purchase a premium License to be able to install WordPress.Or you could ask your host to purchase premium license for you.
