We also aware of this issue. We are working on a fix.
Until now we didn’t get a proper solution for the issue.
We will get back to you when a fix is released.
You can disable object cache if any changes required in the plugin settings.
If settings are updated re enable the caching

Media sync is running based on the Media Library not by folders. If it is stored in media library it will be offloaded.
Currently, This feature is not available.
We are planning to implement this on our PRO version. Not immediately, but it is in our pro features implementation list.
If you are using any specific plugin for this ? If then please mention, may be we can add compatibility for that plugin.

We found the issue in our plugin. It was triggering 502 issues.
Issue was a PHP a compatibility issue with AWS and Google SDK’s, We have released a new version with fixes, Please have a testing from your end and let me know the updates.

We have tried live plugin in our review servers, as well as the https://playground.wordpress.net/.
We couldn’t reproduce the issue.
So, we need an exact error that caused the issue. Only wp_debug is the option. Enable wp_debug, wp_debug_log and wp_debug_display and check for more detailed error tracing.
If still there is an issue, you can share a temporary credentials with admin access of your staging site to our mail. We will check from our end.

It seems to be compatibility issue.
Can you please enable the wp_debug. And try again the configuration. If again error happened please share the debug log from the log file.
It seems to be a critical issue. So log will be written in the log file. Please share the log to identify the issue.

wp_wpmcs_itemsif this table is required. If it is not exist try to reinstall the plugin it will automatically create the table.If sync is not working it’s main reason is the CRON job on the site is not running. Install wp crontrol plugin and check the cron is running properly.
If it doesn’t work please share screenshot of the tables as well as the wp crontrol events screenshot

In reply to: [Media Cloud Sync] Move from old Media Cloud Plugin by InterfacelabEven if it is in the digital ocean our database do not have any data about the media URLs inside the cloud we need database to be mapped to the media. Without this media mapping the media can’t be provided from the cloud.
So resync is the only option to make it work with our plugin

You can remove the plugin and you can use our plugin.
Since we having existing media sync you can easily sync media to digital ocean without any issues.
