It was a simple site plugin I’d found the source for on the net to simply hide the admin bar for non-admin logged-in users, but there were extraneous characters after the php closure tag.
So at least it isn’t an issue that would affect anybody else.As long as singlepic’s not going away any time soon I’m a happy bunny 🙂
Thanks..
That’s working for me, but I thought that the singlepic shortcode was deprecated in v2 nextgen-gallery plugin, being replaced by the ngg_images shortcode.
Found a conflict in another plugin. Thanks for the swift response, great support considering the stress you guys have been under recently.
I’ve reset the lightbox back to fancybox, you can see a page with a few galleries at :
Mails forwarded as requested. After login I was redirected to the home page – but this is quite possibly because I also use the “Theme My Login” plugin, in which you configure a page to direct to after login.
(Should have thought of this plugin, but was concentrating too much on security related plugins, my bad!)
Hi,
Sorry for the delay, I had to leave, I don’t have the problem now unfortunately, I disabled the plugin and re-enabled it which allowed the admin user to log back in to the dashboard.
Going to wp-admin took me to the login page.
I got a series of “POTENTIAL INTRUSION AT” e-mails, and also “VERIFY YOU LOGGED IN TO” e-mails. I also received one password reset mail.
Other plugins related to login I’m using are “Theme My Login” and the “ThreeWP Activity Monitor”.
All in all not much help I’m afraid – if it happens again I may be able to stay online while the problem is still manifesting itself.
Cheers,
Andy Ruddock
