Questions about displaying different ads on different sites.

So lets say i have the ads on my website, i want to add a page on my website for company ads.

For example i offer companys to add a ad with information about their company with pictures and links and also make them payed ads, can i do it?

So the people will add their ads on page: ads and company ads will be displayed on page: companys

is that possible?
