Yes, the issue was fixed on the latest update i.e. 1.28.0

I am able to fix this issue on the live server by downgrading PHP to 8.0 from 8.1

I don’t see any option like you mentioned i.e. auto email

/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wsdesk_email

can you please provide where should I look or is this feature is for paid users only??
