Hi, I had the same error code: Input error: Invalid referer, I just updated the plugin, then, I deactivated and activate again and the problem was solved.
If you want to remove the email button, just go to the Shareaholic admin in your Dashboard and unselect the email icon, and then save.

I posted my blog in my FB profile and worked fine, then, tried to post in my FB fan page and works, using FB notes and my RSS, why, I dont know, I was trying to do this as a month, you could try to post first in your profile, then in your fan page, maybe it works.
I had the same trouble, try with FacePress II WordPress Plugin.
