1) No, when I clicked on “Add account” (Create Account) it automatically took me to the Setup Site Kit page (like it was the first day with the plugin).

1) No, first time I attempted to setup Google Tag in any way.
2) No, because right now I can’t see the admin page of the plugin because it went back to “Sign in with Google to set up Site Kit”.
Yes, I activate Analytics without any problem like a month ago.
I didn’t activate Tag Manager before.Ok, I just used the form.
