Hi John Coy,

Thanks for the reply, I am afraid that is not the answer in this case. I had a look in the Merchant Center and I can only set up Tax rules if I am based in the USA, I am based in the UK.

I thought I posted this in the woocommerce section of the forums, I had reposted.

I did contact the developer, he said this is due to Tax issues.
