Maybe you can use cronjobs to do so. Search for the file(s) in which are options to activate or deactivate the plugin and make a cronjob to change this file every sunday.
I don’t have knowledge about cronjobs and if this might work, but there is no function inside this plugin to do so.
It works now, but the text is formated very bad, not even a bit of space between the text.

Countdown still doesn’t work correctly. I shows up, but it doesn’t actually count down. Just when you reload the site. I noticed a small box next to the countdown, maybe it’s something about it?
by the way: In Safari on my iPhone the Countdown works perfectly.
