I have the same issue. I activated Auto Ads yesterday and used advance plugin to inject the script, and yet no Auto Ads appears. I tried to insert shortcode into post, also it doesn’t work. I made another Ads Unit to make Ads in Widget and Head and this works.
I did manual injection to header file, also does not work. As Thomas said, I think I have to wait for couple days before the auto ads show up, will revert by then. My site: http://www.kafekepo.com
