I deactivated the theme and activated twenty seven and attributes returned. Whenever I activated the theme, it disappears. I need to contact the theme developers I think.

Thank you for your quick reply.
I read the document you showed me. In fact with the help of that document, I could show the real IP, but with :ffff prefix. I could not get rid of that prefix.
My website is hosted with Godaddy. Without Cerber it shows different IP. When I check the option My website is behind a proxy, it shows the real IP.

I uploaded that file and I could see my ip there.
It is still ::ffff:176.xxx.xxx.xxx format.
There is ffff in the prefix.
