The key that you have is for Rachel Millard (Individual), not “Your Real Estate” (Office) .
Rachel has access to the “Your Real Estate” agency account, however you will need to switch to the Office account before you generate the credentials.Does that help?

I looked into Alison’s account there is no API key generated.
You mentioned before that it worked for a previous account, are their multiple agents with individual accounts?
