This all was a great start for me, but I’m still having a very hard time getting the final result I want.
To be more specific, most themes won’t even let me do anything with the header itself, the menu plugins you linked to don’t allow for me to build a menu in the fashion that I had laid out above (I tried all of them), and I’m not sure how I could put a CSS widget in the header area of each page of my site so that perhaps I could translate my PSD file to CSS and link everything from there (if that’s a thing I can do).
It just seems like a thing that should be so easy to do, but I’m having a hard time doing with WordPress.
Again, I really appreciate your help, and if there’s anything else you could possibly tell me, I’d really appreciate it.
