Same issue here. It gives me the same 400 Bad request error.
(Certificate verification disabled: sslverify=false)

So you must buy premium extension if you want to make different classes for different shipping zones. I found premium plugin that can provide that functionality and it does not cost 99$ as Woo plugin. If anynone is interested he can contact me 😉
