The theme comes with the default Gutenberg page editor that you can use immediately without other pages builders. Hope this clarifies.
So can I confirm that the membership will expire after 12 months (the setting I set) if the customer did not spend any money to receive the points in these 12 months?
What you can do is to ask the client to create a sub-domain like dev.augenarzt-landstrasse.at (provided they have enough storage space on their server) so you can clone the existing site over and create the new site using TT4 theme. If they do not have enough space, then what I normally do is to clone to my own server for development.
Once done, you can clone the new site back to replace the existing site.

In reply to: SMTP recommendations?I use brevo.com. So far I never have any bounced emails.
They have free plans and everyday I can send up to 300 emails for free.
So far it is the most generous SMTP provider I have used.
And it does not need a credit card to sign up unlike other SMTP providers.

Is Woopayments showing on WooCommerce > Settings > Payments?
Ans: It shows but it is disabled and when we try to install, it prompts the error in the screenshot – https://tinyurl.com/254sl7u5
What about on the website’s checkout?
Ans: The checkout does not show the woo payments option.
Have you tried different browsers/devices/internet connection to check if it is a cache issue?
Ans: Tried using different devices but issue persists.
If you have, can you please run a conflict test to see if something external is interfering with this?
Ans: We are already using Storefront theme. We have deactivated all plugins except Woocommerce and still the issue persists – https://tinyurl.com/22m99n6t
May I know would it help if I delete the woo-payments folder inside Plugins directory and reisntall woo payments plugin again? And most importantly, will the previous woo payments data get lost?

In reply to: Sending email issueI see that you are using Brevo, did you make sure your Brevo account is still active?
Brevo deletes account if no one logs in every now and then (I think it is like 1 month or 2 months).
If your Brevo account is active, you should receive the test email when you are testing via the WP SMTP plugin..

In reply to: More preventive approach to pluginsI strongly recommend every site to install WordFence (I use the free version) because it can help to block brute logins, attacks and notify you if someone login to your dashboard (which I find this feature very useful).

Also, remember to backup your website regularly!

Can you recall which plugin you recently installed or updated?
Try deactivate it/them and see if it works again.
