I followed the same steps you provided, but I am still encountering the following error message when I send a test email:

Email Source: WP Mail SMTP
Mailer: Brevo unauthorized: not verified

I also tried using SMTP credentials instead of the API key, but it still didn’t work. I need it to work with the API key. I have already added my site’s IP address to the authorized list in Brevo.

Here are some additional details:

• In the ‘From Email’ field, I used the email address I created on Zoho Mail.
• For the test email, I used a Gmail address associated with the website.
• In WP Forms, I set “[email protected]” as the ‘From’ and ‘To’ email addresses.

Could you please suggest other potential causes for this issue and what additional steps I might need to take?

@gemmalong11 I have this problem happened with my customer now, I didn’t think the problem caused by a plugin, can you tell me how you solved and where is the hosting dashboard that have Captcha?
