Have the same problem. I assume there are too many queries created by the plugin and it cannot load them when activating.
Can someone let us know where is the plugin writing in the DB, because I couldn’t find that. Had to disable it when testing the fcgi and now doesn’t want to start nor with suphp nor with fcgi. Tried to complete remove the plugin and reinstall – the same thing happens…just times out after like 5min and I have my php timeouts set at 1200 sec.
Please advise.
Otherwise the plugin works very nice until deactivated.

After spending almost 10hrs browsing the net and playing with my DB values I decided that it’s going to take me much less time to rebuild the whole website, losing all the existing content.
So nvm the topic, just remember always do Backup before you use something new, you’re not sure about 🙂
