I’ve just had the same thing happen to me as well.
I selected the Minify tab
Then under the HTML minify settings: heading I deselected the Inline JS minification
Went back to the site refreshed the page and it was back to normal .
Using GT Metrix The site has not suffered in the page load times or any of the ratings for it
