    After calling my hosting provider, they said that they put that line in the .htaccess file (below).
    —RewriteRule ^(.*)$ /test/$1—–
    They said: ” We went ahead and modified the rule for you to the following. We also modified the database back so the /test/ does not appear.
    In this website, the index.php is in root, along with .htaccess and the rest of the wordpress files are in a folder called “test”.
