I’m having a problem with this as well.
Each post I have is wrapped by a div that uses php to pull the category name as the class selector. The way I have it set, every post has an icon that is at the beginning of the post, using background positioning and text-indentation through css.
I have one category, labeled “uncategorized” that does not put a background, therefore no icon, and has no indentation. This is what I’d like to use for my Pages, since they aren’t categorized.
Problem is, out of the 3 Pages I have created, somehow the third one is filed under “information” and has the information icon at the beginning of the text on the page.
I’ve checked and double-checked and I have my Options set to have “uncategorized” as the default category on my posts. Shouldn’t that make Pages default to that category as well?
