I have tried to reproduce the error on 4.2.2 but am unable to. I have made some fixes but these should only have affected you if you had not yet saved your settings when you first installed. Yeah I can’t see much going on in there. Can you send through what version of WordPress you are using and any other plugins you have enabled so I can try and replicate it?

My guess is that wp-comments-post.php is throwing an error at some stage but Apache is not showing it; probably due to configuration. Do you have access to Apaches logs? If so, would you be able to post them on here so I can take a look?

I just tried it using IE, Firefox and Chrome; it seemed to work for me (luckily the test was pretty easy so I didn’t have to learn French!)
Maybe you can try do a force refresh on the page and it will work? If it still doesn’t I’ll download Maxthon and give it a go.

Thanks for the test site. The problem seems to be that the option “grid_size” has not been set. I don’t know how this has happened; when you save the settings in the admin section, the field “Grid Size” should have set this value. Without it, it doesn’t know how large to make the grid. Are you able to go into the settings page and resave it (making sure theres a number in there)?

Do you get any javascript or server errors? I’m testing with exactly that setup and I can’t seem to replicate it. What happens when you try and post? Does it not do anything or post as usual? Do you have “Enable for post comments” checked and are you not logged in? If you are logged in, no grid will be presented.

I have hopefully fixed the issue with 4.1.1. This currently only supports comments. If you’re still interested in using the plugin and you need it for registration/login, please let me know and I’ll see if I can add in those options for you.

I’m not sure if you’re still using the plugin (probably not), but I’ll fix it up for 4.1.1 and let you know when its done.

Unfortunately I have not tested the plugin using multi-site yet. If you are able to do so, and have any errors, I’ll fix what I can to get it working for you.
