Thank you so much for your reply @mrdaro, I had Developer and not Admin access to Stripe. I was able to login as an Admin and connect the plugin to Stipe. Thank you so much for your response and Assitance.
Have a great day.

In reply to: [Crop-Thumbnails] Poor Image qualityYes I am a 100% positive I cropped it with the tool and that the original image was not distorted. I did extensive testing on my own before contacting you; perhaps my developer had fixed something and I was not aware; regardless it is back to working properly again. I truly love your plugin and use in several project and will continue to use.
Thank you for being so patient and responsive, it is appreciated.

In reply to: [Crop-Thumbnails] Poor Image qualityVolkma thanks for your quick response, I did try re-croping the image (s) and it all seems to be back to normal. What was the matter? That way we can ensure it keeps working properly.
Thanks again I really like your plugin.

In reply to: [Crop-Thumbnails] Poor Image qualityThank you both for trying to fix this. I did use smaller images however the same distortion issue remains, it is just less noticeable, see screen shots included. The tool was working great for the past few years and we are using the same sizes, nothing is new. Would love to get it back to working properly again.

In reply to: 421 Misdirected Request errorsHi @rcwatson where you able to resolve the issue? I have the same problem with 4 websites under the same multi-SAN certificate hosted with GoDaddy. The support rep at go Daddy told me it was a Safari browser issue, but I read that it happens to. you on windows as well?
GoDaddy recommended buying single license certificates for each site to solve the problem, but that defeats the purpose of owning a multi-SAN certificate.Any input is appreciated.
Thank yo so much for your reply and honesty.
Have a great day!
