phpMyAdmin worked i got in and manualy edited the tables thanks MichaelH.
this was a fresh install of 2.0 not a move.

when i try to update the general-options WordPress address (URI) to http://www.mykung-fu.com/ it sends the request but returns with a different blank page options.php instead of general-options.php.
