I’ve followed your advice using a child theme. What I’ve done so far is this:
Created a new folder in the ‘themes’ directory and namned it’twentytenChild’, copied the original style.css and put it in the ‘twentytenChild’, and added the code Template: twentytenChild.
What code do I need to add for replacing the Site Title (text) with a logo (image)?

I’m looking for a more simpler way to do this, if it’s possible.
