Someone added a bad translation, with too many %s (placeholders) in the text. I have just corrected this. If you update your translations the error should be gone.

I would also recommend not to enable debugging on a live site.

Sorry the review notice didn’t go away. We haven’t been able to reproduce the issue yet, but we’re currently working on an update with an extra dismiss option on the settings page. It should be live soon.

the site health can indicate that these functions won’t work, but that shouldn’t affect your site. Your site should continue to work fine.
