Hello Br,
Thank you for the update and for sharing your adjustments!
For the scroll type, the title length was never an issue. However, for other types, if the ticker doesn’t get enough space to display the full title properly, it can indeed cause design challenges—especially on mobile.
As I mentioned in your previous query, I’ll be adding the title limit option in the next release. This will help prevent layout issues by keeping long titles in check.
So, just keep calm and wait for the next update. 😊 Let me know if you have any other concerns!
Best regards,
IftekharHello Br,
Thank you for your patience and for sharing the details. I’ve checked your site, and I understand your concern about long post titles affecting the design.
Currently, limiting the title length and adding “…” (ellipsis) is kept as a Pro feature. However, don’t worry! Based on your request, I’ll be adding this feature to the free version in the next release.
This way, you’ll have control over the title length without affecting the layout. Stay tuned for the update!
Let me know if you have any further questions. 😊
Best regards,
IftekharHello,
Thanks for reaching out! The ticker is designed to be responsive, but the behavior might vary depending on your theme’s CSS. I’ll review this and consider adding a more flexible layout, such as using a flexbox approach, in a future update.
In the meantime, could you share your website URL or a screenshot of the issue? This will help me better understand the problem and suggest a temporary CSS fix if needed.
Looking forward to your response!
Best,
IftekharHello,
Thanks for your feedback! The ticker should display long titles properly without disappearing. I’ve tested it on all my testing site, and it’s working as expected. This might be caused by theme styles or another plugin affecting the ticker.
Could you check if the issue persists with a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Four) and no other plugins activated? Also, please share your website URL so I can take a closer look.
Looking forward to your response!
Best,
IftekharYou’re welcome! Glad it’s working for you now. Have a great day!

Hello Sicilybambolina,
Thank you for your feedback! I understand your concern about the Ticker Disabled message appearing for all users.
This message was introduced to prevent confusion when the ticker is disabled from the settings. In previous versions, some users mistakenly thought the plugin wasn’t working when, in reality, it was just disabled. Additionally, some users enabled the Show in Homepage Only option but later forgot about it, leading them to believe the ticker wasn’t appearing on other pages due to an issue. The message was meant to clarify such cases.
However, based on your feedback, I’ve now added an option in
v1.3.4that lets you decide whether to show or hide this message. Please update to the latest version again, and you’ll find the setting in the options panel at the bottom. Now, you have full control over whether this message appears.Let me know if you need any assistance! 😊
Best regards,
IftekharHi,
As I mentioned in my earlier reply, the new version has already been released. Please check your WordPress admin dashboard for the update notification. You should see the latest version available for update.
Let me know if you need any assistance!

IftekharHello Br,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with the T4B News Ticker plugin. We truly appreciate your feedback.
I’m pleased to inform you that in version 1.3.4, we’ve made improvements that resolve the issue of the ticker disappearing on category and tag pages. By default, the ticker will now show on these pages as expected.
We’ve also added a new option that allows users to disable the ticker specifically on tag or category archive pages, but this setting is unchecked by default. If you don’t want the ticker to appear on those pages, you can enable this option in the settings.
There’s no need to change anything in your case, as the ticker should work perfectly on tag and category pages with the default settings.
I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out.
Thank you again for your continued support!

In reply to: [WRC Pricing Tables – Responsive CSS3 Pricing Tables] Table color and sizeHello,
Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concern! I sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your query. I value your time and regret any inconvenience caused.
Regarding the issue you mentioned: it’s likely related to the cache system. Cached files may prevent the updated templates from displaying correctly. Could you please try clearing your website and browser cache? Additionally, if you’re using any caching plugin, clear its cache and then check again.
The plugin has been tested thoroughly and works seamlessly with multiple pricing tables across various templates, so I’m confident this will resolve your issue.
If you’ve already moved on to another plugin, I completely understand. However, if you’d like to give it another shot, I’m here to assist you every step of the way.
Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Best regards,
IftekharHi amitag,
Thank you for reaching out and for providing the screenshot to illustrate the issue.
From the screenshot, it appears that the Ticker Settings area is covering the full width of the page. This could be due to a conflict with another plugin or a custom theme setup. Without access to your WordPress admin area, it is challenging to pinpoint the exact cause.
To assist you better, please follow these steps:
- Try temporarily deactivating other plugins to check if the issue resolves.
- Switch to a default theme like Twenty Twenty-Three to see if the issue persists.
If the problem continues, I recommend securely sharing your WordPress admin login credentials through our help page.
Once I have access, I can investigate and provide a precise solution. Your login details will be handled with the utmost confidentiality.
Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to resolving this for you.
Best regards,
Iftekhar
T4B News Ticker Support TeamHi Alex,
Thank you for sharing the page URL! The issue you’re experiencing with the menu is related to the z-index in CSS. To fix this:
- Check the CSS for your menu. If it already has a z-index value, increase it to a higher number, such as 9999.
- If the menu doesn’t currently have a z-index, add it with a high value like 9999 to ensure it remains on top.
This should resolve the layering issue and make the menu work as expected.
Regarding GTranslate, it generally supports dynamic text, but if certain fields are not being translated, let me know which ones. I’ll help you address that.
If you encounter further issues or need detailed assistance, feel free to reach out!
Best regards,
Iftekhar

Hi David,
Thank you for providing the FTP details and for your willingness to assist in resolving this issue.
After reviewing the FTP access, I couldn’t locate the WordPress installation. It seems accessing the WP admin dashboard directly would be more efficient for troubleshooting and implementing the necessary adjustments.
Additionally, sharing login credentials in an open forum can pose security risks. To keep everything safe and secure, I recommend emailing the WordPress admin credentials to me or by opening a ticket here as a guest under Theme/Plugin Support. This way, I can log in, apply the changes, and verify the resolution.
Once I’ve completed the adjustments, I’ll inform you right away.
Looking forward to your response!

Iftekhar
