Sorry for the delayed response, we have been looking into the issue but still have not found a solution. In order to address it internally we were hoping you could provide details on how this plugin works.

To answer your earlier question the blog is hosted by BlueHost and I spoke with them about the email issue, but the emails were actually being sent by our company email address, with our company’s network being Rackspace.

We have also recently noticed that sometimes people receive the emails and sometimes they do not, so it seems to be an intermittent issue.

Please let me know if you need any additional information to help you answer my questions.

I’m new to word press and I’ve been waiting for my blog to be backed up before upgrading. Is it safe to upgrade before that?

I’m adding them as new users and creating usernames and passwords for them to log in with.
