Would the add-on help me to have different preview settings for blog and project posts?

I am linking to the general website.
I was able to remove the unwanted text with a plugin (facebook author meta)
I suppose making direct code changes in the editor is better, but I couldn’t identify where the text was coming from in order to change it.
