I dont see category when creating ticket again!
I will try do this.
Now I dont see text field when creating ticket and dont see CATEGORY again
And I’ll dont see CATEGORY in re-order fields.
I will create custom fields and enable it on re-order fields, so I’ll dont see this in create ticket form!

If i just delete this, when someone reply to ticket, he is hiding.
