In reply to: [WooCommerce] An important update is required for WooCommerceAny update on this? It’s getting really annoying. All 5 sites we manage have the newest version of the plugin AND the database, still getting the message, dismiss button doesn’t work, only brings me to the WordPress dashboard.
I updated to woocommerce 8.2.0 today and face the same error.
As soon as I add an attribute to a product it automatically fills it with all known values. For some attributes this causes the site to break down because of the high number of values.

Pfff, what a search that was, I went through all the settings in Facebook, couldn’t find anything, it being all in Dutch doesn’t help.
Then I realised what you meant is part of configuring the settings, the part before I get the error message..
Flipped the switch and I now succesfully connected. Thanks alot!Forum: Plugins

I am the only person that is able to manage our Business facebook account, that works on all areas. Checked the permissions in Facebook and they are correct.
I added my colleague with her personal facebook account and delegated her as well. When I try to setup the plugin using her account I instantly get the error that she has no permissions etc. Before even reaching the settings.
So I removed my personal account and added it again, still no luck.
Only funny thing I see is that our Instagram business account is the owner of our business facebook account.

When I log in with my business account and try again, I instantly get the error that I don’t have permission and I should request permission to manage our business page.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] Linking Error :( WooCommerce Extension V2 to Facebookjust installed the plugin for the first time, everything goes smoothly with the setup on facebook, when I click done it returns to woocommerce and give the error “something went wrong, please try again” and all settings are gone.
Tried several times, including removing the pluging twice, installing it by uploading a zip, nothing works.

Just installed everything for the first time.
The connection on facebook, with setting up all specifics, works fine but when I close the facebook window by clicking “Done” I return to woocommerce and it says that something went wrong, please try again.
I tried both the plugin via the wordpress plugin search and by downloading it from the wordpress site and uploading it, no difference.

Clearing the cache worked..
