It was the Guestbook menu link within wordpress I was trying to edit, rather than the Guestbook within my web page.
I had previously followed the wordpress instructions to delete the menu which I have done, unfortunately the menu and the associated incorrect link are still present on the page.
I have cleared the cache of my pc, but with no effect, it appears that it’s stuck! and that is why I went Ah..in an earlier post as I thought I would have to edit a .php page directly to clear this.
Entering new Guestbook menu detail doesn’t overwrite the old entry so it looks like I’ll have to live with it unless a script edit is possible.

In reply to: Can't change menu link custom URLI’m sorry, but I do not understand, wordpress is used for my blog with a link from the guestbook menu to an external web page, the error in the URL is within wordpress as I typed it incorrectly.
I would like to edit the link URL in order to correct the mistake but I don’t know which .php file in the /blog/ directory to open to do this.
Any help is really appreciated.

the /Blog directory has several files and folders, do you know which particular file I need to edit.
