I’m having the same problem. I’m running WP Multisite 5.2.1 and Simple Share Buttons Adder 7.5.19. My Facebook and Twitter counts always show 0 shares. I signed up for a free SharedCount account and entered my API key. I’m not sure what else to do at this point. Thoughts?
