I think this plugin is dead. I have the same issues, even after all the connections, tokens and green lights. It still won’t pull my facebook feed. I am personally marking this plugin as dead and abandoned and moving on.

I am not sure if I did something or it was magic. But just in case its the adjustments that I made, and not.. magic pixie dust.
I feel the error occurred when I set to have approval before posting, and then deleted the post without approval. This I feel tripped the system up somehow. Anyway I disabled the approval option, and crossed my fingers that the cache will clear on its own (if it even caches stuff) or system will see its deleted and does not need approval and just auto-magically deleted them. Anyway, looks like its all fixed. 🙂
