I just had a look at your site – it’s very nice – the product images on the African Coffee section I looked at are webp but your banner is in .jpg.
Have a look at the images in the media library to see if you have any theme sizes that still need processing. I found it would process the main image but then tell me it had 5,6,7 etc thumbnail sizes to process, not always but sometimes.
When the images were converted they were fine, my issue was I couldn’t get them converted no matter how long I left it.
Test your site on GTMetrix.com and Nibbler.silktide.com too.

The premium version of this coupled with WP Rocket has taken my homepage from a borderline D/E to an A on GTMetrix. That has always been my slowest page, the rest were C/D and are now A.
I spent about £80 over the two plugins but it has been worth every penny. My site feels virtually instant now.

I have a support ticket it about featured images not working and forgot to mention this.

They never respond to support and there is compelling evidence the plugin I used was hacked. They didn’t report it. I have a paid version but I’ve had it a while. Will chance my luck with Paypal although I’m way outside their coverage I think.

In reply to: [Chat - Live Chat, Support, Sales] Chat ErrorI think they have abandoned the plugin. I have the same error and have for a while. Paid version here also. The app is no longer available on Play Store either. I have uninstalled the plugin.
If you look at the number of downloads per day there was a massive spike in August last year – I think it has been hacked. Continue use at your peril!
The 5 images it shows are the most recent 5 and if you want more or want to customise it get the premium version. It is well worth the money, not just for the extra features but also because it supports the developers who have responded very quickly to every query I have had and fixed a big via a new release within 24 hours!
